    The core of this practice has always been total acceptance of each clients personal circumstances.  Our goals are to partner with you to take ownership for your thoughts and behaviors, guide you with tools to stay accountable for how you respond to anything coming your way.  We define what success means to you and looks like in the minute-to-minute, day-to-day and long term future and then we build toward it.

    As a person and professional, I’m constantly studying and acquiring new methodologies and tools to bring to my clients.  My foundations in psychology are a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and the Humanist perspective.  I don’t subscribe to one methodology, so you may find that I bring in integrative practices of breath work and guided imagery, neuroscience, or other components of psychology and personal development to individually meet your needs.


    We realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor our therapy to meet the specific needs of our clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, we will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
